STEP 1

If a product has a manufacturing defect, make a complaint by e-mail: reklamacje@yokaba.pl or in writing to the address: Żwirowa 28, 05-506 Wilcza Góra, Poland.


STEP 2

Fill in the claim form available on: https://yokaba.pl/reklamacja_formularz.pdf


STEP 3

Pack the claimed product in the original packing. Don’t forget to attach the proof of purchase, warranty card or/and repair sheet.


STEP 4

Send your parcel to: Yokaba sp. z o.o., Żwirowa 28, 05-506 Wilcza Góra, Poland. The parcel should contain the note: Complaint.


STEP 5

Within 14 days from the parcel delivery, Yokaba undertakes to take an attitude towards complaint.
