The process of delivering ordered goods takes place in several steps.
1. Order Preparation
When making a purchase, you choose the payment method. We start preparing the package when the payment is credited to our account. The completed order in the warehouse is handed over for shipment.
If you place an order by 10:00 on business days (Monday to Friday), we will dispatch the package within 24 hours.

2. Preparation for Shipment
You can start counting down to receiving the shipment when we assemble and pack your order. We deliver the ready shipment to the selected courier company, which will handle its delivery.
3. Waiting for Delivery
Depending on the chosen courier company, the delivery time to your door or parcel locker is determined. This time is estimated, and you can check the exact location of the package on the courier companies' websites in real-time. This applies to every courier: the package usually reaches the customer within 1-2 business days from the moment of dispatch.
Delivery Cost in Poland
When the value of your order reaches a minimum of 99 PLN gross, regardless of the chosen delivery method, it is free.
